During my time in Newburgh, Indiana, I served as Graphic Designer and Marketing Manager for ERA First Advantage Realty. I oversaw key marketing initiatives including billboard design and contracts, agent promotional materials, listing collateral (print and digital), and overall company branding and advertising.
Working within an in-house marketing department, I managed requests at both the company-wide and individual agent levels, ensuring consistent brand representation while supporting personalized marketing needs. On a monthly basis, I collaborated with local business owners to develop content for a direct mail program, providing agents with opportunities to stay top-of-mind within their target markets through curated promotional offers.
I also played a key role in shaping and executing the company’s social media strategy, contributing to both strategic planning and hands-on content creation.
In addition, I completed freelance projects for agents and members of the local community, further broadening my creative experience.
