I am currently the Marketing Manager at ERA First Advantage Realty in Newburgh, IN. Some of the things I oversee are billboard contracts and artwork, agent requests for self promotional items, new/current listing print and digital materials, and company branding/advertising.
As an in-house department, we manage requests on both a whole company and individual agent level. Monthly, I work with local business owners who partner with us for our monthly mailer program. We give our agents the opportunity to stay top of mind by sending monthly deals to their farming lists. I am heavily involved in the social media strategy, not only in the planning process but also content creation.
While working at ERA First Advantage Realty, I have also had the opportunity to do many freelance projects from agents and other community members.
